Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Provide mobility support and help with transferring clients.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, particularly for clients with mental health conditions.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and other activities.
- Support individuals with specialised needs including dementia care, palliative care, and post-hospital care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in your care.
- First Aid and CPR certification (required).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with basic medications and medical equipment.
